Postage stamps - for new and old collectors
Collecting postage stamps is a great hobby through which
you will learn a lot about the history, culture, peoples and countries of
the world. If you haven't started collecting postage stamps yet - now is the
time. This collector's hobby becomes more and more profitable with the years
and provides an opportunity to earn money, and old postage stamps are worth
more and more over time, either because of their age or because of the
historical periods in which they were created, or because of their rarity or
someone's desire to complete their collection with 'that very stamp they are
missing'. As the years go by, there are fewer and fewer old stamp
collections, and therefore they are worth more and more.
Invest in your future and enrich your free time with this great hobby!
For new and old collectors we offer a large number of collections and
individual postage stamps
where is the price of newer stamps 11 cents, and can be purchased as
lots.
Certain, rarer newer stamps (usually domestic ones from the mid-20th
century) are sometimes more expensive, and only lots can be purchased
(they are marked as 'Special').
We also offer old stamps (many of which are over 100 years old).
Their price is 79-95 cents per piece or is listed below the stamp and
they can be purchased individually.
Stamps are classified into older (issued before 1949) and newer (issued
since 1950),
and depending on this, the conditions for purchasing differ:
The characteristics of NEWER STAMPS from the period from 1950 onwards
are:
- each stamp from the lots costs 11 cents
- all stamps are superbly preserved and with all perforations (except for a
few special ones that were made without perforations / which can all be seen
in the pictures)
- the background is like new
- most have been canceled
- the composition of each collection (lot) is shown in detail in the
pictures of pages
- for now there are practically no duplicates in the collections / lots
(which can be seen in the pictures)
- each collection is unique, i.e. the composition is available in only one
copy
- it is possible to buy only entire collections / lots, i.e. unfortunately
it is not possible to buy just one or a few stamps from lots, i.e. newer
collections
- item on the picture is the item that you will receive
The characteristics of OLD STAMPS issued up to and
including 1949 are:
- the price of these old stamps is generally 79-95 cents, while for others
the price is listed below the stamp image).
- certain (very old and rare) stamps are slightly more expensive, and some
are, due to minor or major damage (usually a dent is missing) and cheaper
than the standard price.
- the prices of more expensive and cheaper stamps of 79 / 95 cents are listed
below the stamp.
- for the oldest and most valuable stamps with the hash mark (#) we expect you to send your price
offer for the stamp.
- it is possible to buy stamps individually from old collections
- item on the picture is the item that you will receive
- old stamps are delivered in a protective foil
- under each old stamp is listed the numerical designation and the exact
year when the stamp was issued, i.e. (until) when it was in circulation
- for easier orientation, the stamps are described by colors:
yellow - standard price
(79-95 cents),
orange (stamps with minor
damage) - 39 cents
green - more valuable
(oldest) stamps with a higher price
New batches of stamps arrive regularly.
